Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo is an American actor and author. Her career began on the soaps of daytime like One Life to Live and Guiding Light and in later seasons, had various secondary roles in primetime television. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977, located in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo began her acting career with a daytime soap. From 1995 to 1997 she played Linda Soto in ABC's soap drama One Life to Live. She was also cast on The CBS soap Guiding Light, as Theresa Sandoval during 1999- 2000. The film debut of her was with a part in Girl 6 in 1996. Later, she appeared as a character in New York Undercover, and The District. Navedo played as a character in Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001. The drama Washington Heights was released the following year. Navedo was a recurring character in the NBC Crime Series Law & Order, as Detective Ana Cordova from 2001-2004. He later appeared in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages in addition to Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in a variety of films such as El Cantante and Remember Me. Navedo had recurring roles in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 through 2013. In 2013, she starred in the comedy film Superfast! The parody of The Fast and the Furious film series, which was released in 2015. Navedo began her acting career by appearing in daytime soap operas. She played Linda Soto, the ABC soap show One Life to Live from 1995 through 1997. Then in 1999 she joined the group of CBS soap production Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996, she made her debut on film, playing a character as a character in Girl 6. She later made an appearance as a guest for New York Undercover (1996) and The District. In 2001, Navedo was a co-star in the action film Double Take.
